Requirements :

  • At least 1 year of working experience in in a creative department or agency, with solid experience in ATL, BTL, Social, web/digital, campaign & media planning or in the related field is required for this position;
  • Age 21-35 years old;
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written);
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any major (preferably in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications / Public Relations) or equivalent;
  • Able to multitask & work under pressure;
  • High motivated, mature, pleasant personality and relationship building skill;
  • Willing to join as soon as possible
  • Fresh Graduated are welcome.

Skill and Job Responsibilities :

  • Create strategy, plan, execute and monitor 360° end-to-end brand campaigns, including produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and other brand communications (Campaign with Marketing);
  • Set brand standards and create procedures to ensure brand consistency (be the brand guardian);
  • Find ways to further enhance the branding of a product or service, as well as develop a marketing plan through analysis of current market data and trends;
  • Strong in design & copywriting and an intimate understanding of design, copy and web best practices/guidelines;
  • A strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts;
  • Coordinate and negotiate with third parties to ensure smooth project execution;
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies;
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates;
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs;
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities;
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions;
  • Devise innovative growth strategies;
  • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics.
