PIC for occupational diseases prevention and control, emergency medical treatment, as well as pre-employment and regular medical check.

• Plan, implement, execute and monitor occupational health (OH) programs to ensure occupational diseases prevention and control in all operational areas, including head office and estates (forestry operational area); including and not limited to, OH audit, OH campaign, etc.
• Plan, implement, and execute regular drill of medical evacuation (medivac) to ensure the most efficiency in actual situation, including in the operational areas with limited resources.
• Plan, implement, and execute OH investigation as necessary.
• To Ensure that all practices within the Company premises has fulfilled the national and international OH standards, or otherwise, give advices to the operational team if a certain practice will endanger the Employees from OH perspective.
• Reviewing the pre-employment and regular medical check-up result.

Job Qualifications:

• Master degree in Occupational Health
• At least 5 years of working experience as Company OHS Doctor in any industry. Experience in forestry industry will be an advantage.
• Understanding of national and international OH standards
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken
• Open to relocate (full stay) to Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau (1.5 hours from Pekanbaru) with general schedule (not roster schedule)
• Capable and willing to mobilize to estates (operational area) as necessary
