Tentang Pekerjaan

PT. Solusindo Total Teknikatama (STT) requires an Account Executive/Sales to proactively retain and develop the client relationship and income to Company. You will be responsible for a wide portfolio of potential clients and manage your portfolio as though you are managing your own business. Full training and coaching to be a successful independent online and offline salesperson:

Responsible to           :     GM - Director

External relationships:     Clients include marketing managers of mainly e-commerce websites and dealing with suppliers

Internal relationships :     Sales team, Finance and Senior Management

Salary                        :     + Rp.5m plus performance-related bonus scheme

Hours                         :     9am – 5.30pm

Location                     :     Kuningan

Main duties:

  • To retain your portfolio of clients to an established KPI retention rate of 80%+ across both product disciplines of natural and paid search marketing
  • Managing a portfolio of over 20 clients and up to a value of Rp50m, ensuring you have an in-depth understanding of the financial status of your portfolio including individual value, billing and contract renewal
  • Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular close contact account management which will include regular face to face meetings, telephone and email communication. You will be required to spend 50% of your time in face to face client meetings
  • You will effectively interact with other departments including the sales team when handling campaign startups, ensuring you are briefed fully and correctly in all aspects to the point of account manager handover
  • You will also interact closely with the SEO technical team and Account Executives, to gather, monitor and analyse performance data and ongoing strategy on a monthly basis throughout the length of the campaign
  • Ensure you manage expectations of all stakeholders by communicating through meetings, verbal, written and email forms
  • Project managing campaigns; developing timetables and setting deadlines for clients and the Spannerworks technical team
  • Producing weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports to each client and establishing individual requirements whereby each client receives a bespoke service
  • Handle new campaign start-ups, upgrades and renewals
  • Ensure account plans for each client are updated ongoing with all current and relevant information concerning the client and the campaign, from the point of handover from the business development manager
  • Actively seeking to increase the services offered to your portfolio and increase the income generated in conjunction with the cross-sell and up-sell reward scheme to targets
  • Responding to requests from the Account Director in an efficient and timely manner

Knowledge and Experience required:

  • Experience in managing accounts and relationships for multiple clients
  • Experience of presenting to clients at a senior management level
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • A good understanding of what it takes to maintain and develop the most productive client relationships
  • Must be comfortable working towards defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
  • Must be able to quickly understand the client, their products and their industry
  • Beyond the initial training period must be able to describe the elements required to produce an effective Sales Experience campaign
  • Experience in managing project’s campaigns, coordinating team members, developing timetables and setting deadlines in order to achieve client objectives

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to lead a project using own initiative and working as part of a team
  • Ability to create and maintain accurate/accessible and organised documentation
  • Ability to effectively communicate daily campaign performance by producing all necessary reports in an effective, timely and tailored manner
  • Ability to present campaign results and strategy at senior management level, whilst considering the variety of knowledge levels within the audience
  • Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Excellent report-writing, analytical and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong listening and questioning skills
  • Ability to effectively manage customer & staff relationships, promptly respond to queries, ensure promises are kept and manage expectations
  • Ability to analyse results, identify and explain any variance from targets
  • Ability to use email, Internet applications, MS Windows operating system and tracking tools to support their role
  • Ability to apply numerical skills to analyse data, interpreting facts and figures presented in the form of statistical tables and diagrams, thinking critically and checking for errors
  • Ability to use Social Media such as Instagram, Facebook, etc. for Marketing Tools
