Job Requirement:

  • S1/D3 – with related experience min 1 years
  • Proficient Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Good in English communication (written and speaking)
  • Excellent in MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, etc)
  • Able to cover admin and operational tasks
  • Willing to work in  flexible timing

 

Job Description:

  • Responsible for Oracle events
  • Make sure the event according with timeline of Oracle, remind the event organizer for any pending items per events
  • Looking and contact event organizer or the other vendors who potential with Oracle
  • Raising iProc & certain System
  • Fulfill form application compliance approval from Oracle : Marketing Authorization, C&E Form
  • Drafting SOW, Invitation, Newsletter, Post event Report – in accordance with the draft provided
