Job Description:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and driving quality hires in a timely manner
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods and act as a point of contact for talents until on board
- Maintain talent pipeline and develop pool of talent for future hiring requirement
- Initiating and managing collaborations with various potential universities
- Create dashboard evaluating recruitment & branding effectiveness
Qualification:
- Fresh Graduate from Psychology or related field.
- Minimal 1 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment or related fields (Healthcare, Retail, etc)
- Strong background and passionate about recruitment
- Have a willingness and ability to work with target and deadline
- Organized and able to handle multiple streams of work
- Adaptable and able to learn quickly
- Strong in English, both oral and written
