Tentang Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys and measurements for project (New Clinic, Relocation, or Renovation)
- Make layouts and complete detailed (3D shopfront or façade)
- Make RAB and ask for price quotes to contractors
- Controlling and ensuring project align with the timeline
- Ensuring the specifications and materials are used in applicable standards
- Stock opname and testing commissioning with internal and external team
- Coordinating with GA team
- Doing administrative things to process payments for ongoing projects

Requirements:
- Final year or fresh graduated from Architect/Civil/Design Interior
- Familiar with CAD, 3D Max, Sketch up, and Revit
- Able to use Photoshop and Corel Draw
- Commit to 6 months internship
- Willing to work from office
