Responsibilities:
- Create documentation for the Clinic Information System Project
- Create design flow, design Form/UI/Design Layout for Clinic Information System
- Manage supporting files or documents for Clinic Information System project

Qualifications:
- Current undergraduate or final year student from Technology Information, Industrial Engineering, Management or another related field
- Familiar with operating tools like Microsoft Office and Balsamiq
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work from office
- Commit to 6 months internship
