Growth Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a talented Growth Marketing Specialist to take the lead with our growth marketing strategies. Your main duties include running experiments across the funnel, improving conversion rate, and working cross-department to collaborate on new initiatives. If you’re interested in using systematic ways to test experiments and can generate innovative ideas to increase sales, we would like to meet you. As a growth marketing specialist, your job is to find and grow the channels and strategies to increase revenue. Ultimately, you should be able to find new and innovative ways to increase revenue and meet company goals.

Job Descriptions

• Work with cross functional team (Product, Content, Services, Sales) to establish growth strategies to support Company revenue goals
• Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns
• Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement
• Manage all social media platforms (including Email, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and drive content creation
• Manage SEO & SEM
• Engage and collaborate with Agency Partner
• Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement
• Keep engaging to OKRs driven initiatives and result oriented. Conduct occasional research in terms of market, customer, and competition relevant to key metrics
• Apply funnel automation to improve overall flow to increase customer experience
• Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the VP Marketing

Requirements

• Bachelor degree (all major)
• Able to quickly learn/understand about AI Startup business landscape
• Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional team, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward
• Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns
• Outstanding written, oral and organizational ability
• Knowledge of Mailchimp, Hootsuite (or other Social Media Management Systems)
• Proficient with Analytics (Google analytics, Semrush, etc)
• 3+ years experience in SEO/SEM & growth marketing
