Retail Area Supervisor to oversee multiple retail stores in the assigned area. This role will oversee store management in attaining maximum profitability and productivity. Implements and maintain company policies for stores within the area. The Retail Area Supervisor provides direction and consultation to Store Heads within a geographic area to ensure delivery of superior service and product as well as maximize profits. This role will also perform human resources functions to ensure that staff are selected, trained, counseled and rewarded to maintain performance standards

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations in assigned area on a daily basis
• Be a role model and administer company policies and procedures
• Establish store level expectations and guidelines
• Assist the store heads in evaluating sales trends and create methods for sales growth
• Monitor inventory control and meet inventory goals
• Remain current on new products; demonstrate knowledge of products
• Develop and implement all SOP regarding operational and ensure optimal and effective day-to-day operations
• Investigate, resolve and respond to guest complaints. Perform other related activities in accordance with policies and procedures as assigned by management
• Conduct disciplinary actions as needed
• Responsible for continuous improvement and working towards sales target and cost budgets

 Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years multi-store management experience in the retail industry
• Minimum 3 years of direct supervisory experience
• Strong analytical thinking, managerial and communication skill is a MUST
• Strong operational skills and knowledge of sales techniques in a customer-service environment
• Results Orientated. Demonstrate a sense of urgency to overcome obstacles and achieve measurable results
• Proficient in MS Office Products; Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Highly professional and self-confident; ethical with unquestioned integrity
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
• Ability to drive continuous improvement
